REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase, but in the event that you would like to return it, we have a 30 day return policy for unworn full price products.
All products must be purchased from our online website, and returned to us within 30 days of the ORDER date.
Full price items can be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. The amount returned or credited will be price paid, excluding shipping costs.
Unfortunately, if it has exceeded the 30 days since your order was processed, we are unable to offer you a return.
Cancelled orders (processed before shipping) incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty and mutually agreed.
No Returns on Gift Cards, Gift Tags, Gift Wrap or Gift Boxes.

Please follow these easy steps to return your products to us.
LOGIN TO THE RETURNS PORTAL
Login to the Returns Portal to submit your request. Once reviewed and accepted by our team, you will be provided details on where and how to return your purchase. Want to cancel your order? If it hasn't shipped, you can also cancel your order via the returns portal (T&C's apply)
RETURN PURCHASE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
 All shoes must be in their original condition - unworn and exactly as you received them. Soles of shoes must not be damaged, dirty or worn. Repack the shoes back into their original shoe box. Returns without their original shoe box will not be accepted. Pack the shoe box back into their original shoe bag or use a replacement mail bag.
POST YOUR RETURN BACK TO US
All returns are at your own cost. Please use any mailer handler to return goods and is recommended you keep proof of return. Once recieved, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. If exchange has been selected, your order will ship express within 1-2 days.
